Job Responsibility

     The HR Officer will assist the HR Manager in executing HR strategies and overseeing day-to-day HR operations. This role requires making informed decisions and working closely with various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of HR initiatives and programs. The HR Officer will play a critical role in enhancing organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

 Education:
 -Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or any related field.

Experience:
 -Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in Labor Relations or Legal work.

Skills and Competencies:
 -Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
 -Proven leadership abilities.
 -Solid knowledge of HR practices, labor and legal laws.
